Kitchen Remodel | Salina, KS

Working with a smaller kitchen and challenging angles, this remodel focused on maximizing every inch of available space while maintaining a beautiful, cohesive design. The wall cabinets were raised to the ceiling to provide additional storage and carefully designed to fit around the angled areas. The kitchen features Custom Wood Products Cabinetry, locally made in St. Mary’s, Kansas, with a Raised Panel cabinet door style in Red Oak Wood finished in a Copper Stain with a Bright Rubbed Varnish Topcoat. The cabinetry is beautifully complemented by Granite countertops in the Acadia color, adding warmth and character to this functional and inviting kitchen.

Kitchen Remodel | Salina, KS

In this remodeled kitchen and mudroom, the client chose Custom Wood Products Cabinetry, locally made here in Kansas. The kitchen features a Flush Beaded Inset cabinet door style with Combo Style drawer fronts in Dune Paint for the perimeter and Hickory wood in an Ebony Stain for the island, beautifully paired with Taj Mahal Quartzite countertops and a sleek Blanco Sink. To maximize functionality, we increased the space in the kitchen to add an additional kitchen area and storage lockers, all styled in a rich Pacifica Paint and finished with stunning Granite Black Pearl Leather Countertops.

Bathroom Remodel | Salina, KS

In this new construction home, the client chose Waypoint Cabinetry with a Shaker door style in White Paint for the perimeter and Black Paint for the island. The kitchen features Cambria Quartz countertops in Lakedale with a stunning waterfall edge on the island, paired with Square Stanton Bar Pulls in Satin Nickel and Brushed Gold from Hardware Resources. Flooring Specialist Sharolyn provided the beautiful 6×6 Earth Morning Sky Cosmos Deco tile from Virginia Tile for the backsplash.

New Construction Home | Salina, KS

Karlin Construction designed the Kitchen Perimeter with Shiloh Cabinetry. The Flush Inset is in
Beige Paint. The Kitchen Island was Custom Wood Products Cabinetry in Alder Wood Cocoa Stain and with a custom painted Wood Hood. The Kitchen Countertops were Pental Quartz Brand, Sono Reale Color that came with Karran Brand Stainless Workstation Sink.

All other cabinetry was provided by Master Piece Cabinets in Barton Door Style, Maple Wood, Shortbread Stain. The Bathrooms had Onyx sinks in Carrara Color and Onyx Glacier Shower Bases. Mead Lumber’s Flooring Specialist, Sharolyn Boyer, provided all the flooring and tile for the entire home.
