Mead Lumber ESOP Communication and Education Committee

The Mead Lumber ESOP Communication and Education Committee was formed to support the company’s Mission and Core Values through ESOP-based education, communication, training, activities, and culture building. It’s made up of volunteer representatives from different locations throughout the Mead Lumber footprint that are passionate about what Mead Lumber stands for and have a strong desire to strengthen our employee-owner community and culture.

Currently, the committee objectives are:

Educate employees about Mead’s ESOP plan, how it builds employee wealth, and what they can do to help maximize Mead’s performance.
Support and build upon the company’s Culture, Mission, and Core Values
Instill the value of the ESOP to employee-owners, thereby creating a more informed, engaged, and capable workforce.
