Yes. Mead Lumber of Beatrice is an authorized U-Haul rental location offering truck and trailer rentals for local and one-way moves.
U-Haul trailers require either a 1-7/8 inch or 2 inch hitch ball and a 4-flat electrical connection.
Although we do carry some hitches, installation is not available at this location. Hitches must be installed at a U-Haul Moving Center.
Yes. Customers may reserve equipment online or by calling Mead Lumber of Beatrice. A credit card is required to reserve equipment.
Yes. After-hours pickup and returns may be available through U-Haul’s 24-hour process using a secure key box.
Yes. Moving boxes and packing tape are sold on site.
No. All equipment is assigned by U-Haul Dispatch in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and pickup location is not guaranteed.
